[US, EU, AU] Document Logs API unavailable
Resolved - The issue affecting the Document Logs API in the US, EU and AU regions has been resolved as of 19:52 UTC. Requests to the Document Logs API are working normally again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Update - A fix for the Document Logs API issue in the US, EU and AU regions is being deployed to production. Until it has been fully rolled out, some requests to the Document Logs API may continue to return errors. We will post another update once the fix is live and we have confirmed the service has recovered.

Identified - We have identified an issue affecting the Document Logs API in our US, EU and AU regions. Since 17:12 UTC (13:12 EDT), some requests to the Document Logs API may return errors. Customers may be unable to view document logs for their sources through the API or the Log Browser. Indexing and search are not affected.

Our team is working on a fix, which we expect within the next 30 minutes. We will post an update once it has been applied.

Identified - We are observing an issue affecting Analytics Reporting in the EU region. Analytics reports and dashboards in the Administration Console, including the Merchandising Hub, may fail to load. Analytics events are still being collected normally, and search is not affected.

This is caused by an issue with one of our third-party infrastructure providers. We are actively working with them to restore service and will post regular updates until solved.
