We have noticed intermittent connection errors to Salesforce sandbox
organizations for about 24 hours.
This intermittently affects "Log in with Salesforce" in our administration console as well as sources editions and indexing operations on Salesforce Sandbox organizations
. This doesn't affect their Production orgs.
